Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and customer development in the dyes sector within the Lahore region.
- Lead and support managers in conducting meetings, developing strategic action plans, and ensuring effective follow-ups.
- Develop and execute targeted action plans to enhance sales at new customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the business or function head to create and implement high-impact sales strategies.
- Identify and address enterprise-level challenges arising from manager action plans.
- Consistently achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
- Oversee customer orders and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Improve Forecast (FC) accuracy and track Lost Volume (LV) against the region’s targeted product areas.
- Expand business by acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships and meeting budgeted Contribution Margin (CM).
- Foster long-term customer engagement through proactive follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Manage indirect sales channels through regional dealers.
