JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, and quality control) to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service and marketing in export, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.
