JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, and quality control) to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service and marketing in export, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.
