Job Description:
- Promote loan products, achieve targets, and ensure quality portfolio management.
- Screen clients, coach staff, and build the bank’s market reputation.
- Meet KPIs and sales targets by managing sales teams effectively.
- Review creditworthiness, verify income, and assess loan eligibility.
- Coordinate loan disbursal, ensure premises security and manage operations.
- Co-ordinate with the operation / risk department to ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents.
- Facilitate administrative and financial matters of Service Center.
