Experience: 5-8 yearsEducation: Bachelors

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To have clarity of Branch/Area’s strategy and targets to ensure complete support to the team for achievement of KPIs including cross selling of Banca and ADCs.
  2. To explore new prospects, by visiting potential customers, to generate leads for soliciting NTBs and CASA as well as ensure deepening in existing Accounts to build relationships.
  3. To understand and adhere religiously to the control guidelines provided by both the bank while soliciting business and maintaining banking relationships.
  4. To make efforts to initiate and develop relationship with customers of high integrity and clear standing and in no case to compromise on principles for achievement of KPIs / business targets.
  5. To collect referrals for maximum lead generation as a source to increase bank accounts and deposits in order to meet the set targets for the year.
  6. To maintain periodic (monthly/weekly) sales call schedule, visit and call report and share with the line manager for necessary updates, action and future follow-up.
  7. To assist first time customers (NTB) in opening bank accounts and ensure submission of complete documentation of account opening forms / ATM and other related facilities in line with SOPs and regulatory directives.
  8. To provide customer service to clients in line with standards set by the Bank as well as regulatory guidelines of Fair Treatment to Customers, irrespective of the product, account size or category.
  9. To provide Marketing material to the prospective customers, to effectively leverage the bank’s product and service suite in providing maximum utility and service to the customers.
  10. To deal with customers’ queries and ensure resolution of any conflicts that may arise during customer‘s contact with the bank.
  11. To keep all Bank as well as customer records confidential and protected.
  12. To ensure complete adherence to the bank’s SOPs, Policies and procedures including fulfillment of responsibilities as per expectation laid down in the sales model.
