Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the DE&I agenda within the organization through meaningful interventions revolving around culture change, and talent development.
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of all engagement interventions.
- Design and implement a strategic framework & philosophy to align the learning & development strategy with the organization’s goals.
- Research, implement and review appropriate systems and methods for Learning Needs Analysis across various segments, tiers, and demographics.
- Assist in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of all learning interventions.
- Collaborate closely with different business units to understand their unique needs and challenges related to employee experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to maintain a strong and consistent employer brand both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align messaging and branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
