LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and control accounts payable ageing and levels. Liaise with all approved payables to maintain good relationship and ensure all invoices are paid within credit terms, if necessary.
- Ensure all journal entries are supported with relevant documents and no omission of journal entries posting to General Ledger.
- Conduct ageing analysis and review on clearing accounts prepared by Accounts Payable team as applicable.
- Track and analyze operating expenses, payments, and resource allocations to optimize financial efficiency.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with Budgeting and forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on budget performance, cost trends, and variances for Chief Executive Officer’s monthly dashboard.
- Monitor and review accrual processes and amounts on a regular basis
- Prepare and maintain VAT control accounts and calculations.
- Preparing Board reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
- Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Oracle Financials, XERO and Microsoft Excel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Should have an accreditation from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
- Work Experience: 5 years of experience working with various aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis.
